The X-PHY® AI Embedded Cyber Secure SSD focuses mainly on protecting the data stored within the drive. The OS is subjected to different attack vectors while it is running in the DRAM. The purpose of the DRAM is for buffering and caching which is not within the purview of the X-PHY® but Flexxon will be releasing a solution in the future that protects the OS.
