Why does behavioural based software still require medium levels of human intervention?

Modified on Fri, 23 Jun, 2023 at 10:46 AM

Behavioral based software requires a medium level of human intervention because it may not be able to identify with 100% certainty whether a downloaded or launched application is malicious or legitimate. At some point, the software may reach a threshold where it requires human intervention to determine whether the application is harmful or not. Therefore, human expertise is necessary to supplement the software's capabilities and ensure the accuracy of threat detection.
