X-PHY® takes pride in offering high-quality products to our customers. That's why we provide replacement or repair services for any defective products within the warranty period. General Warranty Period: X-PHY® AI Embedded Cyber Secure SSD: 1 Years Coverage X-PHY® Cybersecure Laptops (Excluding SSD): 3 Years Coverage 


During the warranty period, X-PHY® is committed to providing excellent warranty service to our customers. If you experience any issues with your X-PHY® or laptop, simply reach out to us and we';; do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Our warranty service is subject to the following terms and conditions:


Terms and Conditions: 


1. The customer must provide proof of purchase (i.e. serial number) to validate warranty. 


2. The product must be used for its intended purpose and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. 


3. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from accidental or intentional misuse of product.  


4. The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product.
